We went for dinner and we had a very good "pear and arugula salad" to share and two flavored mushrooms flatbreads. The service was friendly and fast. The atmosphere was cozy and the place was not too loud.

My strawberry salad was to die for ! Definitely on my top 5 salads ever !! Perfect flavor! I will be back just for this!! My daughter got the Cajun jambalaya and it Was also very good flavor , not too spicy, garlic parmesan fries were just ok to me, nothing special! And everything’s just a bit pricy !!! Customer service was also on point! Very please with the service we got ! And it’s a cute little place with cute decor, and plenty of sunshine ! The coffee was delicious!! And I can’t wait to go back to try more !!

This was the last stop on our foodie tour! We had 3x dishes in one, which largely came from their Greatest Hits menu! Fish and chips, pear and arugula salad, and my favorite... The potato gnocchi! I personally hate arugula so I didn't like the salad even though I did try it. That's not on 7th and Carson, just my personal preference. My husband seemed to like the salad though. I DID everything else about the salad, just not the arugula itself. The potato gnocchi... Oh my goodness. I wish I had a much bigger portion of it! It has kale, mushrooms, garlic in a creamy white sauce with parmesean! That was absolutely to die for!! Everyone here seemed happy to be here and living their best life so I loved the cheery atmosphere.

7th & Carson in Downtown Las Vegas has quickly become a local favorite. The open kitchen concept lets you see the chefs in action, while the outdoor patio offers a relaxed vibe for brunch or a night out. Their Philly cheesesteak is packed with tender steak and melty cheese, while the red curry with shrimp and vegetables brings a rich, aromatic kick. For something lighter, the arugula salad with burrata and balsamic glaze is a fresh and flavorful option. This is one of my favorite spots for a casual business lunch because they can easily combine tables to accommodate late arrivals and the service is top notch.

Went here for our friend’s wedding dinner and had an amazing experience. The team was super flexible and accommodating for the group, and the whole night just felt easy and fun. Every dish I tried was insanely good—my only regret was not being able to eat more. Jordan and April, our servers, were awesome. Super sweet, helpful, and just added to the great energy of the night. Drinks were excellent too. The space is cozy and perfect for conversation, and they’ve got an outdoor area out back if you want more room to spread out. Really great local spot. Highly recommend for a regular dinner or any kind of group gathering or celebration. Would absolutely book here again.

Okay, small unique menu. Thai chicken salad was flavorful and chocked full of goodies. Perfect amount of dressing. Authentic. Chili was a delightful surprise with the cheese, onions, jalapeno and sour cream. Red curry was too thin and needed more spice, but everything else was delicious. Outside patio and fenced in backyard patio too. Plenty of parking. One block off Freemont next to Container Park. Benjamin, our server, was perfect. Great recommendations and strong drinks. Full bar, so feel free to order off menu. Interesting decor...so glad we stopped in. We'll definitely go back.

Year 3 of coming here and each time seems better than the last. I have yet to find something on the menu that wasn't excellent and the service has always been incredible. We always eat at the patio where they have fans set up for our large group to stay cool. The owner was making sure we were happy with the service and food quality.
